Thank you to the following Sponsor-A-Sunday donors who donated $300 to cover the cost of holding services for one Sunday in the Franklin at Brimhall School Auditorium during the month of May. Much is happening behind the scenes as we prepare for work to begin on our Sanctuary and remodel projects in May. Engineers are putting together design plans and we are waiting on permits and bids in order to move forward. Financing documents are getting drawn up, and we have provided more information to the insurance company as they analyze coverage issues. We appreciate your continued prayers, support, and presence as we move through this time of re-innovation. We expect several pieces to resolve in the next 2 weeks. We will keep you updated as we move forward!

February 15 - Hal Bass March 1 - Erika Bowman March 8 - Rusty & Ann Yocum March 15 - IANDS March 22 - Chris Jones & Nancy Nuefeld March 29 - Mark, Ronda & Alisa Fisk Today a group of congregants gathered in the Sanctuary for a Sanctuary Blessing led by Moriah Salzman, giving thanks for the many ways it has served this congregation in the past and the many ways it will serve us in the years ahead. Thanks to all who participated!
Today Rev. Mark Fisk led a meeting for congregants who wanted to learn more about the possibility of investing in Re-innovating Unity of Mesa by lending money to the Church. Rev. Mark discussed the lending terms the Church had received from banks and explained that individual investors would receive similar terms, with five-year promissory notes earning 3.5 - 4.0% interest secured by the Church property. Potential investors were given handouts to return to Rev. Mark, on which the potential investors can indicate their preferred lending terms. The Church wants to confirm that there are indications of interest totaling at least the $300,000 needed to complete our re-innovation projects. The Church is also consulting with a lawyer to identify and draft the appropriate legal documents.
