Jennifer Magnano, Spiritual Leader & Unity Spiritual Director

Dedicated to spirituality and community since her earliest days, Jennifer is the Spiritual Leader at Unity of Mesa. She has previously worked in women's and recovery ministries, veterinary medicine, and birth and bereavement doula work. With two-plus decades in support of caregiving, grief, trauma, and loss, Jennifer offers Unity of Mesa her hands and heart for weekly programming and pastoral care. She is a Prayer Chaplain Unity credentialed Spiritual Director, and is in pursuit of ordination as a Unity Minister.

Carrie Hart, Administrator

Originally from Georgia, Carrie moved here in 2020. She holds a doctorate, enjoys working with numbers (and let's be honest - she's good at it!) and has historically supported building projects beginning in childhood. Carrie holds a deep love of life, animals, and crystals. She has been with Unity of Mesa since 2023 and is deeply thankful to be a part of dynamic team.

Julie Tregloan, Youth & Family Ministries Director

Julie is thrilled to be the director for our Youth and Family Ministry. She is currently in ministerial school and training to become an ordained Unity minister. Julie's career has been in social services, mostly skills training for children, youth and adults with special needs. Julie and her husband, Steve, have four grown daughters, and five grandchildren who live nearby, and they love their active family life.

Jay Melberg, Music Director

James Melberg works at the Phoenix Center for the Arts teaching piano and voice since 1994. Also Music Director at Fountain Hills Theater and have produced over 70 musicals in the valley. Currently Music Director at Unity Church of Mesa . I love this church because of genuine spiritual guidance, love and healing found there. We have some of the most talented singers and bands perform here and its just amazing! and such a profound blessing!

When she isn’t speaking, Erika is an avid traveler—exploring both domestic hidden gems and international destinations. She finds her balance through cooking, the movement of ecstatic dance, attending cultural art events, and the serenity of nature. Erika cherishes her time connecting with family, friends, and relaxing with her beloved "fur-baby," Bella Rose (Rosie). |

Reverends Mindy and Nickie are committed to serving a spiritual community that is alive and vibrant, one that embodies spiritual principles, and has a strong desire for meaningful expansion. Together, they bring a balance and synergy of ministerial leadership to amplify the outworking of dynamic Sunday experiences, compassionate and sacred service, and evolutionary spiritual programming.
In successive ministries, they have successfully engaged in co-ministry partnership demonstrating an ability to seamlessly interweave their leadership preferences. They have an even longer history of collaborating in educational endeavors developing a fluid style that reflects a deep respect and appreciation for one another's unique skills and expertise. |
