In Unity, we pray with people, rather than 'for' people, recognizing our oneness and seeing their wholeness.
    In prayer, we hold space with others to tune into their inner guidance and know their truth. Here is a quote about prayer from our Co-Founder, Myrtle Fillmore.

    "The secret of our power to help others lies in our refusing to be moved by the appearances and the apparent lacks that are reported to us, and in our steadfastly holding to the Truth of being and declaring the working out of the constructive thoughts and words we have sent forth ..." (Myrtle Fillmore)

Unity of Mesa gathers on the traditional, ancestral, unceded land of the Tohono O’odham, Akimel O’odham, and Hohokam Peoples,
who have stewarded this land throughout the generations. We respectfully acknowledge this land as sacred, historical, and significant;
and, we recognize the sovereignty of these nations.
